Once you are a resident, we have a suite of tools to make your rental experience the best it can be.
Viewing Requirement: You must schedule an appointment and view the interior before submitting an application.
Selection Process: We may receive multiple applications for the same property and will select the best-qualified applicant.
Minimum three years of stable and verifiable income with current employer.
Income must be three times the rent (varies by property).
Self-employed applicants: Must provide two years of income tax returns and a copy of a valid photo ID.
Good credit history is required.
Applicants must demonstrate responsible credit management.
A minimum of three years of current rental history is required.

$40.00 per applicant (18 years of age or older).
Payment must be made online or in-office (payable to Feather River Property Management).
Fees are non-refundable
Lease agreements are available for 6 or 12 months.
Any co-signers will be responsible for the entire lease term.
First month's rent, security deposit, and any applicable pet deposit must be paid in full before move-in.
Partial payments for security deposits are not accepted.
